Meditate Marquette provides opportunities for community members to come together in meditation and contemplation. These weekly events are typically drop-in, where anyone can attend at any time. They meet regularly and are rarely cancelled.
Our weekly events include a Tuesday drop-in meditation session from 6 to 7 pm. Sessions vary and may consist of sitting meditation, walking meditation, an insight talk, and reflection and sharing.
Most people find many benefits from coming together in a group to engage in meditative and contemplative practices. They discover that they can engage their practices more deeply, feel the combined energy of the group, and experience support and grounding in a community that shares similar values and practices.
